Please keep in mind that no two frames are the same as no two pieces of wood are the same. Due to each item being unique, differences in wood densities, grain color, texture, and darkness of engravings can occur. These infrequencies are a natural result of engraving natural wood products and do not qualify for returns or remakes. However, if you feel that there was a mistake made with your order, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have! :)

Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. For your assurance, all orders include tracking number information.

It is to the buyer's best interest to fully understand that custom made to order items have a much longer turnaround time than that of something ordered online that already comes packaged and ready to go.

We roughly experience 5-7 Business days to design, engrave, sand, stain, seal and dry. This day range varies based on current workload.

Peak Holidays lead times can be 3-4 weeks so please allow plenty of time before the holiday or event you need your item by! CabanyCo is known for fast product delivery; we try our very best to ship all orders out as quickly as we can!

Returns Policy

CabanyCo tries their best to make every customer happy! We will remake items if WE have made a mistake at no additional charge to the buyer.

NO refunds, exchanges, or re-making of any items will be permitted if buyer has accidentally given wrong information and the item has already been made. No refunds or exchanges on orders that have been damaged from shipping or lost during shipping. We are not held responsible for these unfortunate events as this is through no fault of our own. Refunds for jewelry are not permitted if time exceeds 2 weeks from time is was delivered.

Requests for returns or refunds outside of these parameters can not be honored due to custom nature of our products. We apologize, but we will not offer any refunds for customers that have made purchases without reading our lead times.
