Welcome to CabanyCo where you think it....we create it! We offer a wide variety of custom laser engraved products that are handmade to order. Ask us to design your custom crafted item today! Our unique product line makes for amazing household decor, or a memorable gift!

 

Engraving or Product Variation:

Most items are hand made and from wood. Because of the custom made nature of our products and the type of wood grain and density of each unique item, some engravings will be inconsistent with depth or darkness of the engraved name. Not any one item will be an exact replica of the other. We can not offer exchanges or refunds for these reasons.  

 

Engraving Policy:

We will engrave your order exactly the way you wrote your personalization to us including but not limited to: Spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, etc. 

 

Shipping Policy:

Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. For your assurance, all orders include tracking number information.

Purchasing priority shipping only rushes the delivery time with the United States Postal Service. It does NOT rush the time it takes to create your custom made-to-order item. It is to the buyer's best interest to fully understand that custom made to order items have a much longer turnaround time than that of something ordered online that already comes packaged and ready to go.

We roughly experience 7-10 Business Days to design, engrave, sand, stain, seal and dry. This day range may vary based on current workload. CabanyCo is known for fast product delivery; we try our very best to ship all orders out as quickly as we can! 

CabanyCo designs arrive inside a padded envelope to ensure safe arrival.

 

Refunds/Exchanges:

CabanyCo tries their best to make every customer happy! We will remake items if WE have made a mistake at no additional charge to the buyer.

NO refunds, exchanges, or re-making of any items will be permitted if buyer has accidentally given wrong information and the item has already been made. No refunds or exchanges on orders that have been damaged from shipping or lost during shipping. We are not held responsible for these unfortunate events as this is through no fault of our own. Refunds for jewelry are not permitted if time exceeds 2 weeks from time it was delivered. 

Requests for returns or refunds outside of these parameters can not be honored due to custom nature of our products. We apologize, but we will not offer any refunds for customers that have made purchases without reading our lead times...
